The first thing to realize about raw_input in python is how simple it is. It takes the same input format as an ordinary input statement, so you don’t have to worry about any of the nasty stuff you will find in most programming languages. Plus, it really only takes two lines of code to use it in your code.

It is in fact possible to use raw_input in python so that we can enter characters into a file. However, I’m going to assume that you already have some experience with programming in python.
You can use the input() function to enter text into a file. The reason I use input() is because it is an easy way to enter text while also automatically opening a file for reading. For example, if I enter “Hello” in the console, the program will automatically open the file in a new window and show me the output.
I know that raw_input is part of the built-in python module, but I don’t know if you know that it is possible to use it in a script. If not, you can also use the input function to manually enter text into a file. The reason I use input is because it is a quick way to enter text without opening a new window.
