I’m just getting started with using an extenal that I’ve been meaning to learn a long time ago. I’m pretty sure it’s a php function with the mb_convert_encoding function that converts strings to different encodings. I’ve been using it to convert a string to a different encoding.

PHP is able to do this with a little help from mb_convert_encoding. It’s pretty simple. Just replace your string with the one you want to convert and pass it through mb_convert_encoding to get a different string.

php mb_convert_encoding can be used with a string that will be used to convert a string to an encoding. The string will be called a “converted_string” and you will pass it through mb_convert_encoding as an argument. The string is called a “converted_string_encoding”, and this is what will be passed to the mb_convert_encoding function.

mb_convert_encoding is used to convert a string to an encoding. The string could be a PHP variable, or it could be a string passed as an argument in an SQL statement, or it could be a file content, or it could be a string that is passed as a parameter in an XML query. I haven’t actually managed to get any of those to work, but I have used mb_convert_encoding with inputted strings and it worked fine.

mb_convert_encoding will get a string and return it in a new encoding. The string could be an inputted string to be converted, the string passed in as a parameter in an SQL statement, or a file content, or it could be a string that is passed as a parameter in an XML query. So it’s all possible.

PHP mb_convert_encoding (and mb_convert_encoding) is a string that is passed as a parameter in an XML query.

mb_convert_encoding is a PHP function that converts a string into a new encoding. If you want to convert to a specific encoding that you know, you can use mb_convert_encoding.

mb_convert_encoding can be used to convert the values in a database column that you’ve specified in a SQL statement to their equivalent character in a different encoding. If you pass in a file content or a string that is passed in as a parameter, that contents or string can be converted to a different encoding.

mb_convert_encoding is used for converting the file content to a different encoding from the one that is specified in the SQL statement.
