The first element is the first element. This is the first thing we are aware of. It is the first thing we are aware of. When I look at the first element, I am already present in the present moment. This is the first thing I am aware of.

This is the first element because in essence we are the first thing. The first thing you are aware of is the first thing you are aware of. The first thing you are aware of is the first thing you are aware of.

When we are aware of the first thing, we are aware of the present moment. This is the most basic and fundamental way of being aware. This is the first moment of awareness you are aware of. When we are aware of the present moment we are aware of the present moment.

The present moment means the moments we are in right now. When we remember the present moment we are aware of the present moment. This means that if we are aware of the present moment, we are aware of the present moment. When we remember the present moment, we are aware of the moment at hand. This means that if we are aware of the moment at hand, we are aware of the moment at hand.

When we are aware of the present moment, we are aware of the present moment. As in the present moment of your mind. When we are aware of the present moment, we are aware of the moment at hand.

If you think about it, that makes sense. We think about the present moment and we are aware of the present moment. This is a good thing because we feel more in the present moment, or in a state of being in the present moment. When we are in the present moment, we feel more in the present moment, or we are in the present moment.

If you think about it, if we are in the present moment, it doesn’t really matter. For now, that is. We can think about the present moment all we want, but as soon as we are in the present moment, we are already in the present moment because the moment at hand is the present moment. We are aware of the moment at hand because we are aware of the present moment.

What if we could be in the present moment, but not actually aware of it right now? What if we could be in the present moment, but not really in the moment? I think this is what all of us want. For me, it means I want to be in the present moment, not only because I have to, but also because I want to be in an area where I can enjoy the present moment fully.

For example, you can sit in your kitchen and be aware of the moment, but do not have the ability to get up and cook. Or you can be in your room and be aware of the moment, but not have the ability to close your eyes and open them again. But you’re also able to be in the present moment, so you can sit in your kitchen and eat your breakfast.

You can have these kinds of experiences in your day, but you can’t be in them. So in this sense, it means that the first element is to be present and in the moment, not just being aware of a present moment. That’s the first element.
