There is no better way to start off the day than with a bowl of freshly made chili. The freshness of the ingredients in the bowl, the flavor of the chili itself, and the added spice of the chili.

Basically, if you’ve ever tried to talk yourself into doing something, you’ve probably been told you’re not self-aware enough. This is why it’s so frustrating when somebody tells you that you’re really self-aware or that you can control the way you think and feel. This is why I often joke about how I’m one of those people who is self-aware because I know that I can control my thoughts and feelings.
What this means is that you have to be aware of your thoughts and feelings and be consciously aware of why you think the way you do. This is the same thing that makes us human. Even though we have no control over our thoughts and feelings, we still have control over how we feel. To put it another way, the reason I think I’m self-aware is because I’m aware of my thoughts and feelings.
You are aware of your thoughts and feelings and you have control over them. In other words, you could say that you are self-aware of your thoughts and feelings if you knew you how to actually do something about it. For example, if you wanted to quit smoking, you could quit smoking. You couldn’t just walk out on it, that would only make the situation worse. But you can stop smoking by making a plan and actually doing something about it.
Self-awareness is a bit different. It’s not enough to know that you have feelings, thoughts, and actions that you can control. You also have to have the ability to make change happen. Self-awareness involves a lot more than just knowing how to control your thoughts and feelings. We know how to control our thoughts and feelings because we can make them go away. But self-awareness requires more than that. It involves having the ability to take action.
Think about it like this: If someone were to ask you for money, and you know they are going to ask you for money, and you don’t have the money, you would say, “no, I’m not giving you the money, no money at all.” You wouldn’t say, “I’m not giving you the money because I’m not feeling like spending it. I’m not going to get any money from you, so I’m not going to give you any money.
We all know it: having the right action can make all the difference. And because it’s so important to self-awareness, it’s worth developing a little more than just knowing.
